| Minimum Qualifications: |
• Master’s in health science, health education, biology, nursing, physical education, kinesiology, exercise science, dietetics, nutrition or public health; OR
• Bachelor’s in any of the above AND Master’s in any biological science; OR
• The equivalent (NOTE: An example of the equivalent is any bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience; OR any associate's degree and six years of professional experience. The professional experience must be directly related to the faculty member’s teaching assignment); AND
• Clear evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of community college staff and students.
