| Minimum Qualifications: |
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution AND two (2) years’ work experience as a registered nurse; OR
• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution AND six (6) years’ work experience as a registered nurse; OR
• Possession of a valid Lifetime California Community College credential authorizing service as an instructor in Registered or Vocational Nursing; OR
• The equivalent (District equivalency form must be completed at the time of application).
AND
• Clear evidence of sensitivity to and an understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
