This web site provides a number of services for individuals seeking employment as a faculty, support staff or manager at a California Community College.

The California Community Colleges is the largest higher education system in the nation. It is comprised of 72 districts, 112 colleges and enrolls more than 2.6 million students. Community colleges provide basic skills education, workforce training and courses that prepare students for transfer to four-year universities. The colleges also offer opportunities for personal enrichment and lifelong learning.

With the Registry system we can store files electronically to include: an online application, resume or curriculum vitae, letters of recommendation and transcripts. You can scan and attach your documents to your own profile or if you do not have a scanner you can mail your documents to us at:
CCC Registry at YCCD, PO Box 4065, Modesto, CA 95352.
If you are mailing transcripts, we prefer unofficial ones because they scan without a watermark and are more legible. You will need to be registered on the system so that we may associate your paperwork with your profile. In order to scan your documents please allow 5-7 business days for processing. In some cases it may take longer depending on the volume of documents received. Documents will be scanned in the order that they are received. If you have any questions please call (800)245-4157.
