Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications Possession of an unexpired California Community College Instructor Credential in the appropriate discipline; OR - Bachelor’s Degree in child development, early childhood education, human development, family and consumer studies with a specialization in child development or early childhood education, educational psychology with a specialization in child development, elementary education, psychology, or family life studies; AND two years of professional experience in early childhood programs or parenting education. Desirable Qualifications (Please indicate if you have the following on your application) • Experience teaching content related to the following topic: Parenting Strategies. • Master’s degree in counseling, child development/early childhood education or parent education
