Minimum Qualifications: EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING Three (3) years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair. EDUCATION/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE Possession of a high school diploma/GED or the equivalent. Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid California driver’s license. Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid swimming pool operators certificate. Minimum Qualification-Knowledge Of Knowledge of: Tools, equipment and procedures used in minor repair and adjustment of a variety of building facilities and equipment. Methods used in performing preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment. Methods, materials, tools and equipment used in swimming pool maintenance work. Use and maintenance of a variety of power hand tools. Safe work practices. Fire alarm system troubleshooting and repair. Industrial and commercial electrical systems.
Salary: $24.01 hr
