Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Any combination of relevant education and/or experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.Basic HR knowledge and competencies.Effective technical writing and editing skills.Effective interpersonal and communication skills in listening, researching, investigating, organizing and problem-solving.Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds.Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner, and willingness to pursue emerging technologies as needed.Intermediate to advanced general computer skills; ability to learn new software and quickly progress to higher proficiency, such as business office software, database programs, desktop publishing and graphics software.Basic project-management and organizing workflows; ability to work independently and prioritize a high volume of detail-oriented work to achieve goals and deadlines.
