Minimum Qualifications: 1 A Masters in speech, speech broadcasting, telecommunications, rhetoric, communication, communication studies, speech communication or organizational communication.2 A Bachelors in any of the above AND a Masters in drama/ theater arts, mass communication or English.3 A combination of education and experience that is at least the equivalent of the qualifications in either 1) or 2) above.
