Minimum Qualifications: PLEASE NOTE: The Rising Scholars program serves incarcerated students at the California Institution for Women (CIW) and the California Institution for Men in Chino (CIM). Courses are taught in person at these state prisons. Being able and ready to work onsite at these facilities is an essential function of this job. • Master’s in business, business management, business administration, accountancy, finance, marketing, or business education; OR • Bachelor’s in any of the above; AND • Master’s in economics, personnel management, public administration, or JD or LL.B. degree; OR • Bachelor’s in economics with a business emphasis; AND • Master’s in personnel management, public administration, or JD or LL.B. degree; OR • The equivalent; AND • Demonstrated evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds in a community college environment.
Salary: $63.80 - $82.50 hr
