Minimum Qualifications: Any bachelor's degree AND two years coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level OR Any Associate's degree AND six years coaching experience at the collegiate level or the equivalent Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of softball coaching. Skill, technique and mechanics development, and how to implement the progression required to improve the athletes performance including both physical and mental wellbeing. To understand game management, and NCAA current rules. Applicant must have coaching experience at a competitive level. A combination of collegiate, high school, or Travel Ball level is permitted and will be taken into consideration along with education level
Salary: $85.17 - $116.28 hr
