Minimum Qualifications: What Technical Skills Do You Need? Minimum of four (4) + years working at either a K-12 or higher education institution.Possess and maintain depth and breadth of knowledge of the K-12 pipeline, school counseling and educational trends and priorities.Demonstrated track record of developing and executing high impact data driven programs.Strong familiarity with Californias college and career readiness landscape, including higher education options, college and financial aid applications, the College Readiness Indicator, and other standards.At least two (2) + years of experience managing the work of a small team or comparable coaching experience.Bachelors degree required.
