Minimum Qualifications: Minimum QualificationsAny combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and three years of clerical experience involving frequent public contact.Accepted combinations of education and experience are as follows: Two years of college (60 semester units or an associate degree) and 2 years of clerical experience involving frequent public contact.Four years of college (120 semester units or a bachelors degree) and 1 year of clerical experience involving frequent public contact.Masters degree or 30 semester units of graduate-level coursework and no experience.
