Minimum Qualifications: • Possession of a Master’s degree in English, literature, comparative literature, or composition OR • Possession of Bachelor’s degree in any of the above AND a Master’s degree in linguistics, TESL, speech, education with a specialization in reading, creative writing, or journalism; OR • A valid lifetime credential that authorizes service as an English Instructor in a California Community College; OR • The equivalent; AND • Clear evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation and ethnic backgrounds of community college staff and students.
Salary: $63.80 - $82.50 per hour
