Minimum Qualifications: 1. Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with community college students with disabilities, various sexual orientations, and diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds (Required). 2. Earned a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Family and Consumer Studies with a specialization in Child Development or Early Childhood Education, Educational Psychology with a specialization in Child Development, Elementary Education, Psychology, or Family Life Studies; AND two years of professional experience in early childhood programs or parenting education. OR Hold a fully-satisfied LIFE California Community College Instructor Credential in Nursing School and Pre-School Education (California credentials were no longer issued after July 1, 1990).
Salary: $51.14 to $55.81/hr
