Minimum Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, family studies or related field and two years of professional experience in the social services, which must be directly related to the teaching assignment. OR Associate's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, family studies or related field and six years of professional experience in the social services, which must be directly related to the teaching assignment. Demonstrated A sensitivity to and an understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college faculty, staff, and students.
