Minimum Qualifications: Understanding of, and sensitivity to, the diverse academic, socio-economic, ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds, disability, and sexual orientation, of community college students, faculty and staff, AND Any bachelors degree or higher AND two (2) years of professional experience OR Any associate degree AND six (6) years of professional experience OR*Equivalent OR Possess a lifetime California Community College Instructor credential in Athletics or Physical Education
