Minimum Qualifications:
Have a Master’s degree in physical education, exercise science, education with an emphasis in physical education, kinesiology, physiology of exercise or adaptive physical education; OR Bachelor’s degree in physical education, exercise science, education with an emphasis in physical education, kinesiology, physiology of exercise or adaptive physical education AND Master’s degree in any life science, dance, physiology, health education, recreation administration or physical therapy; OR the equivalent*AND 15 semester units of upper division or graduate study in adapted physical education; OR hold a California Community College Instructor’s Credential in the discipline area. All degrees must be from an accredited institution completed by time of hire.
