Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of experience in performing professional-level work in the field OR an equivalent combination of education and qualifying professional experience that would provide the skills, knowledge, and ability needed to fulfill the duties assigned to the position. 2. Knowledge of: Modern executive office management, practices procedures and equipment. Basic arithmetical proficiency. Basic research methods and techniques. 3. Ability to: Prepare and maintain accurate and complete records and files. Interpret and apply a variety of rules, regulations, statutes, policies and procedures relating to District operations. Maintain confidentiality of information and materials. Perform a variety of technical support duties related to public education administration. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with coworkers, other staff, faculty and administrators. Type with speed
Salary: $6,202.58 - $6,823.13/Month
Work Term: 40 Hours/Week 12 Months/Year
