Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelors degree, preferably in the applicable designated subject area OR an equivalent combination of education and experienceSuccessful work experience of increasing responsibility, preferably in a classroom or laboratory setting, that has included tutoring studentsDemonstrated cultural competence, sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty, and staffExperience with directing the work of othersSkill in oral communication, including public speakingSkill in written communicationExperience with research, compiling data for and preparation of statistical, narrative, and other reportsSkill in multi-tasking, prioritizing workloads, and working independentlySkill in the use of a variety of computer software to prepare correspondence and reports from rough draftSkill in setting up and maintaining online and manual files
Salary: $26.58 - $34.10 hr
