Minimum Qualifications: Must be licensed or certified in California with one of the following: Physician and surgeon (MD or DO.) Physician Assistant (PA). Registered Nurse (RN). Person licensed under Chapter 3 of the California Business and Professions Code. Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with 2 years’ experience in the previous 5 years. Certified Phlebotomy technician (CPT I or CPT II) with 3 years of experience in the previous 5 years. Bachelor’s degree or higher and two years of professional experience, which must be directly related to the faculty member’s teaching assignment; OR Associate’s degree and six years of professional experience, which must be directly related to the faculty member’s teaching assignment. AND A sensitivity to and an understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
Salary: $77.59 hr
Work Term: 10 mos
