Minimum Qualifications: • Master’s in geology, geophysics, earth sciences, meteorology, oceanography, or paleontology; OR • Bachelor’s in geology AND Master’s in geography, physics, or geochemistry; OR • Possession of a valid lifetime California Community College credential authorizing service as an instructor in Earth Science; OR • The equivalent; AND • Clear evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation and ethnic backgrounds of community college staff and students. tudents.
