Minimum Qualifications: Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a major in a field related to business, journalism/public relations, or interpersonal communications (sociology or psychology), AND • Five years of full-time, professional experience in fund development and related field with a public or private agency or nonprofit. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
