Minimum Qualifications: Education/Training:Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.Experience: Three years of facilities maintenance experiencefrom basic to journey levelwhich typically includeselectrical, plumbing, carpentry, locksmith, and painting tasks.License or Certificate: Possession of a valid California drivers license.Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Forklift Certificate.Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Hazardous Materials Awareness Training Card.Possession of, or ability to obtain, an Asbestos Awareness Training Certificate.Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Program Certificate.
Salary: $26.52 hr
