Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher AND (2) years of professional experience OR Any associate degree AND (6) years of professional experience ORPossess a lifetime California Community College Instructor credential in Phlebotomy OR*Equivalent ANDONE OF THE FOLLOWING:Licensed physician and surgeon ORLicensed physician assistant [having passed the national phlebotomy exam] ORRegistered nurse [having passed the national phlebotomy exam] ORPerson licensed under Chapter 3 [holding clinical laboratory science license issued by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Laboratory Field Services] ORRespiratory care practitioner with a minimum of (2) years of experience in the previous (5) years ORCertified phlebotomy technician with a minimum of (3) years of experience in the previous (5) years [at least 3000 hours performing phlebotomy], OR Phlebotomist with (3) years of experience in the previous (5) years AND employed as a phlebotomy instructor.
Salary: $1,599 - $2,454 mos
Work Term: 10 months
