Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources, personnel administration, business administration or a related field and Five (5) years of increasingly responsible professional human resource experience in the public sector including at least three (3) years of management or leadership experience. Master Degree Preferred. Or Associates degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources, personnel administration, business administration or a related field and seven (7) years of increasingly responsible professional human resource experience in the public sector including at least three (3) years of management or leadership experience. License/Certification • A valid Class "C" California Driver's License.
Salary: $121,295.00 - $144,832.00 yr
Work Term: 12-month
